When is OTP login useful?

Checking "Remember me" keeps your session active for an extended period — typically up to 30 days. Without it, your session ends as soon as you close the browser. For security, jazbazz will also log you out automatically after a period of inactivity. It is convenient to keep "Remember me" enabled on your personal device, but never use it on a shared device.
What if your account gets locked?
After five consecutive incorrect password attempts, your account will be temporarily locked. It unlocks automatically after 30 minutes. If you need access sooner, use the OTP method or contact the support team. This lock is actually there to protect your account — it prevents anyone from repeatedly guessing your password.
