If your internet connection drops during live betting, jazbazz will settle the bet based on the data recorded on the server at that moment. jazbazz is not liable for any losses resulting from connectivity issues.
If a match or event is cancelled or suspended due to unforeseen circumstances, jazbazz will either refund the stake for the relevant bet or settle it according to standard rules. Detailed rules for each sport are available in the help centre.
Cash Out is not available in all markets. The value displayed at the time of cashing out is final — odds before or after that moment will not apply. jazbazz reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Cash Out feature under exceptional circumstances.
Jazbazz bonuses and promotional offers are provided subject to specific terms. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and list of eligible games.
Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x — meaning you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited, after which it will expire.
